Manager - Media Operations (4-6 years work exp.)
at One of the leading Advertising agency in Gurgaon, India
Job responsibilities -
• Should have done releases for clients across all media - namely print / television / radio and cinema (preferably in similar order)
• Primary scope of work includes -
• Making estimates
• Making release orders and sending to media vendors
• Ordering material and despatching to media vendors
• Follow up on activity with vendors
• Following set procedures -estimate approvals / update systems etc
• Good relations with media vendors
• Client interaction experience
• Reconciliation
• Methodical and process oriented
• Some buying experience
