Sr. Product Specialist

We have an opening for Sr. Product Specialist - Mumbai and Bangalore location for a leading mobile VAS company
Location – Mumbai and Bangalore
Experience - at least 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or the equivalent.
Key Responsibilities -
Coordinating internally for creating scope of work for deployments
Creating deployment / change request documents.
Working with Engineering and Customization team for change / enhancement requests
Ensure timely Deployment and work towards client SLA’s and expectations
Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables
Conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with customers and taking sign off from the customers.
Should have hands on experience on configurations of product.
Track and debug issues and ensure RCA (Root cause analysis)
Providing reports to an agreed schedule (or on request) on account /service performance reports.
Map the requirement and product features with in-depth knowledge of product platform.
Will ensure end to end delivery of products and services as per agreed timelines, ensuring quality and service levels. Should be able to pay close attention to details and think analytically.
Will be Responsible for the identification and tracking of issues to completion.
Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects / products
Functional technical knowledge of Telecom systems, hardware and software
