Responsibilities: (What will you be responsible for?)
•Lead, identify, develop and manage a technology team.
•Work with the technology development team / partner to build an online portal. Work in a fast-paced environment with business, product managers and designers to add new exciting features to the site or improve existing features.
•Managing a technology team across media platforms with diverse skills and a track record of successful technology/product development.
•Defining the IT strategy of the company and to provide a world class technology platform that will aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all key business areas.
•Lead and manage all IT service management functions including Change Management, Backup Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, IT Helpdesk Management, SLA Management, IT Cost Management and Vendor Management.
•Actively involved for planning and forecasting Business Requirements and thereafter coordination with Client and vendor for implementation.
•Maintaining the IT infrastructure for maximum uptime.
Attributes: (What should you have?)
•A minimum of 10-15 yrs of experience in development of Portals / Digital Media / Dotcom / Online Industry. Experience in building complex, scalable and high performance web applications.
•A proactive and enthusiastic individual with good expertise in managing IT, proven at both managerial and functional level.
•Should have boldness and vision to initiate new ideas and implement innovative approaches through strategic direction.
•Has a strong domain and business knowledge in web technology
•Mentored and created sustainable web assets.
•Inherent leadership, team building and technical skills
•Entrepreneurial and willing to “roll up their sleeves”.
•Proven ability to multitask
Educational Qualifications B.E /MS/BS in Computer Science for reputed University .
